Calendar details

  • Title: Add a title
  • When: Add departure and arrival times
  • Route: Add departure and arrival
  • Reminder: 60 minutes before

Times are stored as UTC in the .ics file so calendar apps render them correctly.

Generate calendar

The invite is built locally. No flight information, times, or notes are uploaded.

Add a title, departure and arrival times, and valid time zones to enable the download.

How to use it

  1. Enter a flight number and date, then select Fetch route to fill the airports, time zones, and times.
  2. Review the title, location, dates, and notes. Adjust the reminder or any field you need.
  3. Download the .ics file or open the event in Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar.

Why use this flight calendar tool?

  • No personal account, token, or API key to maintain; the AeroDataBox request runs server-side.
  • Every field can be entered manually when route data is unavailable.
  • UTC conversion in the .ics file prevents local time and daylight-saving surprises.
  • Recent lookups are stored only in this browser to reduce repeat API requests.

Frequently asked questions

Do you store or log my flights?

No. Calendar invites are generated in your browser. Recent lookups can be saved in local browser storage, where they remain under your control.

Where does the route information come from?

The server queries AeroDataBox using the site's credentials. If a route is missing, you can enter every calendar field manually.

Can I create the calendar file offline?

Once the page has loaded, .ics creation works locally. Route lookups require a connection, but manual entry and calendar generation do not send your fields anywhere.

How are time zones handled?

Departure and arrival use IANA time-zone names. The tool converts each local wall-clock time to UTC before writing the calendar event.
