AI & automation consulting

Put AI to work on the processes that slow your team down.

I am Jesus Iniesta, a senior engineer and consultant based in Spain. I help companies decide where AI and automation are worth it, then build and hand over systems that run reliably on real data.

15 minutes. Bring the process that eats your week; you leave with a clear next step.

  • Remote from Spain
  • English & Spanish
  • Fixed-scope projects
  • You own the code

How we can work together

Three ways in, one goal: AI that does real work.

Most teams do not need an AI strategy deck. They need one painful process running faster, cheaper, and with fewer mistakes. I find it, build it, and hand it over working.

01

AI & automation audit

A short, fixed-scope review of how work actually moves through your business, and where AI or automation pays back first.

  • Map of the processes that cost the most time
  • Ranked opportunities with effort, risk, and running cost
  • Build, buy, or skip recommendation for each one

Fixed scope · 1–2 weeks

02

AI agents & automations, built

Working systems connected to the tools you already use: agents, document pipelines, internal assistants, and workflow automation.

  • Agents with human approvals, logs, and evidence trails
  • Document and email processing that feeds your systems
  • Model choice tuned for cost, not hype

Scoped project · weekly working demos

03

Integrate & rescue

Connect AI to existing software, or fix the automation, plugin, or platform that keeps breaking.

  • APIs, CRMs, WordPress and WooCommerce wired together
  • Fragile scripts and stalled builds made reliable
  • Documentation your team can own after handover

Sprint or ongoing · senior hands-on

Typical starting points

  • Reading invoices, forms, or contracts and pushing the data where it belongs
  • Answering repetitive customer or internal questions from your own documents
  • Drafting reports, proposals, and content with review steps built in
  • Turning voice notes and meetings into structured records
  • Cutting the monthly bill of an AI feature that is already live

How it works

Small scope, visible progress, no lock-in.

  1. 01

    15-minute call

You describe the problem. I tell you honestly whether AI is the right tool and what a first step looks like.

  2. 02

    Scoped proposal

A written scope with a fixed deliverable, timeline, and price, so you know what you are buying.

  3. 03

    Build in short loops

A working version early, then weekly demos on your real data until it holds up in daily use.

  4. 04

    Handover

Code, documentation, monitoring, and running-cost estimates. Your team owns it.

Questions people ask before booking

Do I need to know what I want to build?

No. Bring the process that is slow, expensive, or error-prone. Working out whether AI or plain automation fixes it is part of the job.

Which AI models and tools do you use?

Whatever fits your data, budget, and privacy needs: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, open models, or no model at all. I track provider pricing closely, so recommendations include running costs.

What about privacy and sensitive data?

Systems are designed around your data rules from day one: what leaves your infrastructure, what is logged, and who approves each automated step.

Do you work in English and Spanish?

Yes. I work with teams in Spain and internationally, fully remote, in either language.

What happens after the project ends?

You get the code, documentation, and a clear picture of running costs. I can stay on for support, but you are never locked in.

Tell me what is slowing your team down.

Fifteen minutes is enough to know whether I can help, and what the first useful step would be.
