ECDC aggregate reaches 13 ship-linked cases

ECDC's May 26 update lists 13 total cases: 11 confirmed, 2 probable, no suspected cases, and 3 deaths.
ECDC says two recent cases were classified as confirmed after alignment with WHO's case definition, where confirmation can be by PCR and/or serology. The agency still expects possible additional detections because of the long incubation period and possible onboard infection, while assessing general EU/EEA population risk as very low.
